摘    要: 采用X射线衍射、扫描电镜和透射电镜等研究了新型铁素体叶片钢在620℃长期时效过程中,M23C6碳化物和MX碳氮化物的析出行为。结果表明:620℃、2000h时效下,M23C6主要在时效过程中析出,且时效初期析出较快,而后缓慢析出,Nb(CN)相主要在热处理回火和时效初期析出;M23C6、Nb(CN)第二相620℃×2000h的热稳定性较好。

Abstract:Precipitation behavior of M23C6 carbides and MX carbonitrides were investigated by X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy and transmission electron microscopy in new ferrite-blade-steels during long term aging at 620 ℃.The results show that M23C6 are mainly precipitated during aging process with rapid rate of desorption in initial aging step and then slow at 620 ℃ aging for 2 000 h.Nb(CN) mainly are precipitated during tempering and initial aging process.Thermal stability of M23C6 and Nb(CN) are good at 620 ℃ aging for 2 000 h.
