成品油顺序输送混油段的数值模拟

摘    要:
针对成品油顺序输送混油段进行模拟并对其形成、发展的影响因素进行了分析,结果显示黏度较小的油品可以有效减小混油段的长度,降低混油所造成的损失;提高成品油输送速度会使混油段的长度增加,并且提高流速对先行黏度较大成品油的工况影响更大;圆弧过渡管的输送效果要优于直角过渡管,可避免出现冲刷死区,一定程度上减小混油段的长度。

Abstract:
The refined petroleum products pipeline operation was simulated to analyze the generation and development of the mixed contamination plug.The results showed that transporting the low viscosity refined petroleum products first can decrease the length of mixed contamination plug and reduce the economic loss;Increasing the flow velocity can lengthen the length of mixed contamination plug,and it has greater influence on the condition that transporting the larger viscosity refined petroleum products first;The transporting affection of the arc bend pipe is better than that of right-angel bend,and it can prevent the appearance of the washing dead zone and decreases the length of the mixed contamination plug.
