摘    要:针对目前使用保障性度量参数未对使用保障性度量参数进行系统研究的问题,建立一套定性与定量相结合的军用飞机使用保障性参数体系。以军用飞机为主要研究对象,概括归纳装备使用保障性的内涵,运用系统工程理论,同时对装备系统使用保障性综合要求、装备本身的使用保障特性要求、装备保障系统的使用保障特性3个方面进行研究,给出了定量参数的解析算法,并以舰载机为例给出了案例分析。分析结果证明:该体系作为综合保障工程的必要补充,为装备研制阶段并行开展使用保障系统的设计提供了技术支持和理论依据。

Abstract:The equipment in good condition does not mean that it will be able to complete the required function. It also requires a series of coordinated and effective operational support works. This paper take the aircrafts as the main research object, uses the systems engineering theory, establishes the parameter system of operational supportability from the following three aspects: comprehensive requirements of equipment system operational supportability, operational supportability feature requirements of equipment and operational supportability feature requirements of support system. Finally, an example of analysis and calculation for shipboard aircraft was provided. Analysis results show that this system provides the technical support and theoretical basis for the operational support system during the development stage as a necessary supplement to the integrated logistics engineering.
