摘    要:采用自组装可视泡沫发生及运移装置研究了几种起泡剂的起泡能力、稳定性、产生泡沫尺寸大小、封堵性和再生性能。研究结果表明,相同条件下,泡沫尺寸相对较大,分布范围较广,主要尺寸分布比较分散时泡沫的表观粘度较大,封堵压差较大,封堵性能较优越。阴非两性离子型起泡剂AES起泡能力强,稳定性好,再生性能优越,起泡性能受浓度影响小,低浓度下的封堵性能好,抵抗地层水稀释能力强。将AES起泡剂用于埕东油田泡沫驱矿场试验,注入井井口压力上升了5.2MPa,霍尔阻力系数增大到4.86,压力上升幅度和阻力系数远大于相邻聚合物驱单元,表明AES起泡剂在油藏条件下具有较好的发泡能力和封堵性能。

Research and application of foam size distribution and its regeneration capacity in foam medium

Abstract:Bubble happened and migration device has been applied to carry out the research on the bubbling ability, stability, size distribution, sealing characteristics and regeneration capacity. The results indicate under the same conditions, the bubble size is relatively larger with larger distribution. When the main bubble size is dispersing, the apparent viscosity is bigger and the bigger the sealing differential pressure, the better the sealing property. The foaming agent AES has a strong bubbling ability, good stability and good regeneration capacity. The bubbling ability is less affected by concentration. When the concentration is low, the sealing property is better and the ability to resist the dilution of formation water is strong. The foaming agent AES was applied in foam flooding of Chendong oilfield in 2005, and the well head pressure of injection well increased by 5.2 MPa and the Hall resistance coefficient increased to 4.86. Both the pressure and the coefficient much bigger than that of in polymer flooding, indicating AES foaming agent has a better bubbling ability and sealing property.
