数字无刷电动舵机转角测试技术研究

摘    要:数字无刷电动舵机具有响应速度快、转动速度高等特点,精确测试其转动角度和角速度具有一定难度。本文结合传统的机械式、电磁式、光电式测试方式,重点讨论了二维平面和三维立体两种光学成像测试方式,并详细分析了每种测试方式的测试原理、实现方法、测试精度和适用性。

Abstract:Digital brushless electric actuator has the qualities of fast response speed and large twis- ting moment contrast to traditional actuator, but it is difficult to precisely test the rudder angle and angular velocity of this actuator. Based on the traditional test technology, this paper discusses the planar and three-dimensional optical imaging test method, particular introduces the principium, realization, precision and applicability of the optical imaging test method.
