| 摘 要： | 以某典型商用建筑为调查对象,对其空调系统的运行能耗进行了不同季节的逐时测定,对系统能耗结构、负荷指标、能效比、水系统输送系数等方面进行了分析研究,提出了系统节能改造的建议,包括：合并南北空调系统、增设水泵变速控制、调整新风运行方案、加强运行和维护管理等。

| Abstract: | The air-conditioning system energy consumption in a typical commercial building were analyzed in four aspects: the component of energy consumption,cooling load per square meter,coefficient of performance and coefficient of water distribution.Suggestions on improving the air-conditioning system are proposed as follows:1)combining the south and north subsystem into a unit system;2)adding variable speed control for water pump;3) modifying the running scheme for fresh air handling units;4) intensifying the management and maintenance of the system. |
