矿井提升机三电平IGCT变频调速驱动系统

摘    要:矿井提升机新一代调速控制系统大多采用ACS6000SD交一直一交变频器驱动大功率同步电动机.以实际控制系统为平台,分析了三电平IGCT变流器-同步电动机系统的组成及工作原理,并用配套调试工具软件Drive Window对系统进行了测试,结果表明其速度曲线和转矩脉动完全满足矿井提升机的技术要求.

Abstract:The new generation speed control system of the mine hoist is mostly to adopt the ACS6000SD AC-DC-AC frequency converter to drive the high power synchro motor. Taking the actual control system as the platform, the paper analyzed the composition and working principle of the three electric level IGCT converter and synchro motor system.
