海上稠油井筒降黏及配套举升工艺

摘    要:海上稠油开采面临井筒降黏技术优选及举升工艺配套的问题。围绕渤海L油田明化镇组高黏稠油开采难度大的问题,结合井筒降黏方式室内实验结果,推荐采用稠油掺稀油的井筒降黏技术及配套的射流泵举升工艺。同时,对稀油动力液的地面处理流程及注入参数进行了研究。现场应用表明,稠油掺稀油井筒降黏技术及配套的射流泵举升工艺效果明显,单井平均产量比ODP配产方案增加了80%,为该油田及类似油田稠油的开发提供了参考。
