| 摘 要： | 面向合作银行等中小型金融机构，以VB．Net为主要开发工具，通过AT V扩展语音命令和Windows API函数控制语音Modem，开发基于Modem的银行账务电话查询系统。系统借助于公用电话网络，向用户返回语音查询结果，具有成本低、开发周期短、可移植性高、实用性强等优点。 |

| Abstract: | To meet the need of medium-sized and small financial organizations like cooperative banks, a bank account inquiring system based on voice modems is developed with VB .Net as the development platform. The modems are controlled by AT+V extended voice command and windows API functions. The system also provides the conventional services of the bank. The advantages of the system is low cost, quick development, more available, and more portable to develop online system for banking services. |
