| 摘 要： | 多功能自动绞肉机用独特的绞肉乳化头设计,实现出骨、绞肉、乳化三种功能的有机结合,同时依据人工模糊神经网络技术、单片机数控技术,自动完成多功能自动绞肉机的温度控制、速度控制、绞肉与乳化粒度控制。

| Abstract: | Multifunctional automatic meat grinder employing a unique design of meat grinding emulsifier,which realizes the organic combination of the three functions of boning,grinding and emulsifying was intro-duced.At the same time,according to the artificial fuzzy nerve net control technology and numerical technology,it automatically completes the temperature,speed,meat grinding and emulsifying control. |
