摘    要:对接控制设备仿真试验失重状态模拟三自由度气浮平台是为某空间对接控制设备的全物理仿真模拟验证试验设计的。通过对平台气浮功能及运动功能的设计,确定了气控系统工作原理及元件选型;在结构方面,注重运动的平稳性和模块化、集成化设计,采用分层布局的框架式结构,保证平台重心在水平面投影方向与水平面几何中心尽可能接近。气浮平台样机完成后进行了验证试验,可满足被试设备试验的需要。设计思路和方法正确,对用于模拟失重状态试验的多自由度气浮系统设计,具有一定的参考价值。

Abstract:Three freedom flotation platform for weightlessness simulation of docking control equipment is designed for a full physical simulation of a space docking control device. Through the design of the platform air float function and motion function, determine the working principle and component selection of the air control system; In terms of structure, pay attention to the smoothness of movement and modular, integrated design, the use of hierarchical layout of the frame structure, to ensure that the center of gravity in the horizontal plane projection direction and horizontal geometric center as close as possible. The flotation platform prototype is tested to meet the needs of the tested equipment, to ensure the design idea is correct. It has some reference value for the design of multi-degree of freedom air float system for simulated weightlessness test.
