| Abstract: | By implementing the "capital" theory to analyse the role of culture in promoting the value of urban space, this article points out that the culture of ice and snow is the main culture capital of urban space in Harbin. At the same time, puts forward the ways which are suitable for cultural features of ice and snow for urban space. |
