| 摘 要： | 从目前我国矿产资源整合角度进行分析，出现了一系列的违规现象，严重性地影响到了我国矿产资源的合理开发和利用的问题。本文就针对矿产资源整合的问题进行了分析，并根据整合所出现的弊端提出了相关的策略，就如何才能够避免资源浪费以及将矿产资源整合合理化，保障矿产资源的有效性提出了相关的策略。

| Abstract: | Analyzed from the current mineral resources integ-ration angle, there are a series of serious violations, severely affected the reasonable development and utilization of mineral resources in China. This paper analyzes the problems in the in-tegration of mineral resources, and puts forward relevant strat-egies according to the disadvantages of integration, puts forw-ard relevant strategy of how to avoid the waste of resources and the rational integration of mineral resources, ensuring the effectiveness of mineral resources. |
