The Design and Construction Practice of the Long-distance Cross-sea Water Pipeline

In this paper,based on design and construction practice of one long-distance cross-sea water delivery pipe,the design content and construction method have been summarized.Meanwhile,in order to ensure the design working life of this engineering,the complex of design phase,the uncertainty of construction quality control,and difficulties of maintenance and management after the operation should be comprehensively considered in the design documents.At the same time,it’s hoped that the design content of pipes structural design of water supply and drainage engineering may be enriched and improved,and academic reference is offered.
