高压高效电机离心式风扇设计与有限元分析

摘    要:电机常采用的风扇有离心式、轴流式和斗式,斗式风扇既有离心式风扇的作用也有轴流式风扇作用,是一种复合式风扇常使用在同步电动机中。大中型高压电机中,风路结构比较复杂、风阻大,若采用轴流风扇,会出现风压不足的问题,无法满足电机冷却的要求,故常采用离心式风扇。经风扇理论分析与计算,并结合有限元分析比较,后倾式离心风扇由于产生涡流小、风量大且损耗小及能产生较高的压力,故大中型高压高效电机冷却采用后倾式离心风扇为宜。

Abstract:Motor often uses fans of centrifugal, axial-flow, and bucket, the bucket fan has the function of both centrifugal fan and axial-flow fan, it' s a composite fan which is often used in synchronous motor. In large-and medium-sized high-voltage motor, the wind way is complex, wind resistance is big, if adopting axial-flow fan, insufficient air resistance can occur, and cannot meet the cooling requirement, so adopting the centrifugal fan. After theoretical analysis and calculation and combined with finite element analysis comparison, backward type centrifugal fan has advantages of small eddy current loss, big wind quantity, small loss and can produce high pressure, so it is better for large- and medium-sized motor to choose backward type centrifugal fan.
