高炉新型铸铜冷却壁的研制

摘    要:总结多年研制高炉铸铜冷却壁的成功经验。对自主创新设计的一种新型铸铜冷却壁——扁管形状的铸铜冷却壁的冷却管的结构形式,进行详细的分析。试验结果表明,扁管铸铜冷却壁比圆管铸铜冷却壁的冷却性能更好,同时也能降低产品的制造成本,值得产品制造厂家参考。

Abstract:By summarizing the successful experience of many years about research development of the cast copper cooling staves the new type cast copper cooling staves,flat copper cooling staves,are independently innovated and designed and its structure analyzed in detail.The results show that the cooling performance of newly designed stave is better than that of the pipe copper stave and its manufacturing costs reduced as well.It is good reference for the manufacturing enterprises in designing the similar products in the future.
