新法多功能涂层织物的制备

摘    要:采用对环境污染小的水性聚氨酯作为涂层剂,利用羊毛角蛋白溶液和抗紫外线纳米粉体对其进行改性。涂层前利用电子显微镜观察涂层剂干法膜的表面形貌,采用红外光谱仪测试其内部成分。涂层后对织物的各项主要性能进行测试,结果显示,可以得到集防水、透湿、抗紫外线功能于一身的多功能涂层织物。

Abstract:With aqueous polyurethane,which has less pollution to environment,as the coating agent,wool keratin solution and anti-ultraviolet nanometer powders were adopted to modify the coated fabric.Before coa- ted,the morphological structures of these films were observed by scanning electron microscope and their com- positions were tested by infrared spectrum method.After coated,the properties of the coated fabrics were test- ed.The results show that it is possible to obtain water resistant,moisture permeable and anti-ultraviolet multi- functional coated fabrics.
