国产自主品牌汽车车内噪声的识别与控制

摘    要:通过对国产某车型开发后期车内存在的轰鸣声的声源进行识别,确定车内轰鸣声由排气噪声引起。利用GT-POWER软件对消声器结构进行分析和改进,提出一种双频Helmholtz共振腔消声结构来消除车内的轰鸣声,降低车内噪声6 dB,明显改善了车内的NVH性能。

Abstract:The source of interior booming noise in the development of a domestic car was identified. It was confirmed in the present research that the booming noise was caused by the exhaust noise. The structure of muffler was analyzed and optimized using GT-POWER. According to the results, a dual band Helmholtz resonator was proposed to eliminate the booming noise. It was found the interior noise was reduced by 6 dB and the NVH performance of the car was improved apparently.
