| 摘 要： | 气相色谱法同时测定章江、贡江底泥中多种有机氯及拟除虫菊酯类农药．以石油醚-丙酮（4：1）超声波提取，有机氯农药回收率82．4％-115．2％，相对标准偏差为2．22％-7．69％（n=5）；拟除虫菊酯类农药回收率84.3％-110．5％，相对标准偏差为2．49％-8．69％（n=5）；方法适用于底泥样品中农药残留测定．

| Abstract: | A method for the determination of organochlorine and pyrethroid pesticides in bottom mud samples is developed. With petroleum ether ＋ acetone （4：1） as an eluent, the recoveries obtained for organochlorine pesticides are ranged from 82.4 % to 115.2 % and the recoveries of pyrethroid pesticide are 84.3 % - 110.5 % with RSD of 2.22 %-7.69 % and 2.49 %-8.68 % respectively （n=5）. The method is applied to testing rudimental pesticides in bottom mud samples. |
