一种CBERS-02星CCD原始条带噪声处理方法

摘    要:在简略分析辐射均衡、矩匹配和直方图匹配的基础上,提出了一种直方图匹配结合线性方向滤波的方法来去除CBERS\|02星图像数据中存在的条带噪声。其中直方图匹配用于消除探测元间的条带噪声,线性方向滤波用于消除横向随机条带噪声和剩余的列向条带噪声。实验结果表明,该方法不仅能很好地消除CBERS\|02卫星图像条带噪声,而且保留了图像上有用的信息。最后,从定性和定量两个方面进一步验证了该方法的有效性。

Abstract:According to the analysis of radiometric equalization,moment matching and histogram matching,an effective method for removing the stripe noise in CBERS-02 data is developed.The main idea of this method is,first of all,using histogram matching to remove the stripe noise along-track on the image,then applying linear directional filtering to remove the residual stripe noise along-track and across-track in the image.Results of CBERS-02 data showed that the proposed algorithm reduced stripe noises without degrading image quality.To evaluate performance of the proposed method,quantitative and qualitative analyses were carried out by visual inspection and quality indexes of destriped images.
