Abstract:In recent years some large petrochemical companies in our country have had catastrophes frequently,which have resulted in a significant loss for both the country and the company itself.To avoid the occurrence of the catastrophes,the best way is to design and apply the corresponding preventive alarming system in the large control and equipment management systems.In the alarming system,the designer will need to make scientific and accurate quantitative evaluation to the status of the complex system based on many qualitative and quantitative specifications associated with the system.The quantitative evaluation algorithm for the complex system put forward in this report is a synthesize of multiple models such as layered analysis method,fuzzy synthesize assessment method,and T standard scores calculation,etc.It is an algorithm for the evaluation of the complex system which is composed of some qualitative and quantitative evaluation specifications.Then the preventive alarming will be processed based on the results of the evaluation.
