成渝经济区主要河流沉积物中重金属的生物毒性风险评价

摘    要:以成渝经济区水体沉积物作为研究对象,运用由生物效应数据库法导出的沉积物质量基准(ERL/ERM和TEL/PEL)及毒性单元总和(∑TUs)评价了区域沉积物中重金属的生物毒性风险。结果表明:区域内重金属生物毒性风险整体不显著;潜在生物毒性风险评价和地累积指数评价结果一致性较好,可以相互补充和借鉴;基于生物效应数据库法的沉积物质量基准和毒性毒性单元总和可以有效地评价重金属潜在生物毒性风险。

Abstract:This study conducted the bio-toxicity risk analysis of heavy metals in the aquatic sediments of Cheng-yu economic district based on the biological effect database and the total toxicity units.Results showed that bio-toxicity risk of heavy metals in Cheng-yu economic district was not conspicuous.Besides,the result of potential bio-toxicity assessment was consistent with that of the Geoaccumu-lation Index method,thus they could complement each other.As a result,bio-toxicity risk analysis of heavy metals based...
