摘    要:为了提高装备信息自动采集的效率,介绍了一种基于STM32F103处理器的装备数据采集系统,分析了系统的需求,给出了数据采集系统框架图,以及各采集模块的功能实现流程;详细阐述了装备数据采集系统硬件和软件设计,主要包括存储模块、模拟信号调理电路和开关信号调理电路设计,模拟信号、开关信号和累计工作时间采集模块的软件模块程序设计;实际应用证明,该数据采集系统具有成本低、功耗小、响应速度快等优点,能可靠地实现数据自动采集,较好地解决装备数据采集的实时性和精确性的问题。

Abstract:To improve the equipment information collection efficiency of automation,a data acquisition system of equipment based on STM32F103 is proposed in this paper.Requirement of the system is analyzed;Block diagram of the frame of the system is given;function and implementation of every module composing the system are introduced.The design of the hardware and the software are presented in detail,including memory module,processing circuits of analog signal and switch signal etc.The software programs of the modules are detailedly analyzed to analog signal,switch signal and working time.The practical application shows that this data acquisition system has lower cost,smaller power consumption and faster response speed,and achieves an automatic acquisition of equipment information.The proposed system is a good solution to solve the problem of timeliness and accuracy to collection equipment information.
