铝基板耐电压性能工艺研究

摘    要:近年来,LED顺应了国家节能环保的政策潮流,取得了飞速发展,铝基板作为高散热型基板对LED工作中产生的热量具有很好的散热效果,提升了LED灯的使用寿命而应用非常广泛。铝基板不仅要具备高导热性消除LED发光时产生的热量,其另一重要技术指标:耐电压性能。例如灯具类欧规有明确要求规定灯具类耐电压要求:AC3750V/0.5mA/Is-3s,此要求指的是灯具的耐电压要求而不是指PCB的耐电压要求。灯具耐电压性能的是由PCB耐电压性能和灯具绝缘防护方案共同组成,因此PCB耐电压性能测试成为灯具一项重要参数指标。从GB70001-2007查出PCB耐电压应是2U+1000V(u指额定工作电压),PCB耐电压条件制定必须与客户商定,主要依照客户的灯具绝缘等级、灯具额定工作电电压参数进行评估制定。本文重点研究影响铝基板PCB耐电压性能的相关因素,根据学理论、工艺试验、案例分析总结出铝板基板耐电压性能控制方法,同时提出了铝基板前期电子线路设计标准、PCB制作过程工艺参数等技术细节。

Abstract:In the past few ,years, LED industry, which complies with the environment policy of government, got fast development. As a well heat releasing material, A1 based substrate has a good cooling effect on heat of LED working, and improves LED product life and applies to general situation. AI based material not only has high thermal conduction to remove heat generated by the LED working, and has a key technical factor: dielectric breakdown voltage (DBV). E.g. It is specified AC3750V/0.5mA/1-3s for LED lamp in European rule, but only DBV of LED lamp not PCB is restricted in this requirement. LED lamp DBV function is combined by function of PCB DBV and lamp insulation, so PCB DBV testing is applied as a key factor of lamp. PCB DBV is 2U+I000V (U means rated operational voltage) in GB70001-2007 requirement, PCB DBV data should be confirmed between customer and manufacturer, it depends on lamp insulation rate, lamp rated operational voltage to estimate and make. It focus on relevant factors which can influence DBV of Al based material in this article, and give a control method of dielectric breakdown voltage which based on electricity theory & technical experiments & example analysis, and puts forward advanced PCB design standard of aluminum based material & technical parameter of PCB manufacture process.
