摘    要:初步探讨了锅炉给水加氧处理失当对受热面管材的影响。利用扫描电镜(SEM)及X射线衍射仪(XRD)对G102钢高温过热器管内产生的氧化皮进行分析。结果表明:高温过热器管内氧化皮为Fe3O4或Fe2O3结构,并呈多孔疏松状;脱落的氧化皮聚集在弯头处导致管壁过热,从而引发短时过热爆管。

Abstract:Influence of improper oxygenation treatment of boiler feed water on properties of heating surface tubes is being discussed.With the aid of scanning electron microscope(SEM) and X-ray diffractometer(XRD),an analysis is performed on scales formed on inner walls of G102 steel high temperature superheater tubes.Results show that the scales mainly consist of Fe_3O_4 or Fe_2O_3 in the form of porous loose structure;fall-off scales collected at tube bends result in fast overheating of the tube walls,thus leading to the final burst.
