| Abstract: | Aimming at problems of traditional traffic information collected technique,it puts forward a kind of new traffic information collecting method-floating vehicle system,studys the essential principles of GPS and GIS techniques,analysis the compositive application of GPS/GIS technique in this system through collecing and dealing with datas in floating vehicle system. |
