球磨和辊轧法制备微细锌片的机理研究

摘    要:为了获得金属锌的片状颗粒,使之形状与尺寸范围符合水性涂料的原料要求,采用湿式球磨和辊轧法制备技术制备出了微细Zn片,对比研究了两种工艺条件下的成片过程。用扫描电镜和图象分析仪研究了Zn片的形貌、尺寸和片径分布,实验结果显示,由轧制法而获得的锌片要比球磨获得的锌片更符合涂料技术指标要求。

Abstract:In order to obtain Zn flake particles whose shape and size range up to watery coating material standard, wet ball milling and rolling methods had been adopted to prepare the ultrafine Zn flake in the experiment. In comparasion, processes of the flake formation with two technical conditions are discussed in the article. The comparasion of the experiment results on the basis of the figures,size and analized with SEM and Image analysis indicats that the zn flake obtained with rolling mehtod fits the coating technical standard better than that obtained with ball milling method.
