| 摘 要： | 介绍了援外水电工程造价文件的编制规定和方法,并从资料收集、人工费、材料费、机械使用费等4个方面阐述援外水电工程造价编制的特点。结合工程实例,提出了在水电工程造价编制中,对工程造价控制的一些体会和方法。

| Abstract: | This text introduces the cost documents compilation regulation and method of foreign-aid hydropower projects.It represents the features of cost compilation from the points of data collection,labor cost,material cost and utilization expenses of equipment,etc.and puts forward some experiences and methods for project cost control in cost compilation of hydropower projects in combination with the project cases. |
