摘    要:利用爆炸辅助的化学气相沉积法成功地制备了纳米碳颗粒负载碳化钼的复合物,并利用TEM和XRD对合成纳米复合物的形貌和结构进行了表征;以环己烷脱氢反应为探针对其催化性能进行了评价,考察了钼含量对碳化钼复合物催化性能的影响.结果表明,纳米碳颗粒由有序度较低的石墨片层组成,形貌近似球形,粒度分布均匀,大小约为20nm,原位修饰的六方碳化钼分散在碳颗粒表面;钼含量不同,复合物对环己烷脱氢催化性能有较大差异,当钼含量为15%时,催化性能最好.

Abstract:Composites of carbon nanoparticles and molybdenum carbide were synthesized successfully by a one-step process,namely detonation-assisted chemical vapor deposition.The morphologies and structure of the Mo2C/C composites were characterized by XRD and TEM techniques.Properties of Mo2C/C were tested using cyclohexane dehydrogenation as probe reaction and the effects of Mo contents on catalytic properties of Mo2C/C were also investigated.The results showed that carbon nanoparticles were constructed by lowly orde...
