长距离煤矸分时运输系统设计

摘    要:针对目前大型矿井长距离矸石运输存在的问题,提出了煤矸分时运输设计思路。通过从系统能力、运输方式、管理难点等方面进行可行性分析,根据刘庄煤矿东三块段地质条件及矿井原有系统情况,从巷道布置、设备选型等方面,对煤矸分时运输系统进行了设计,并进行了经济效益分析。该运输系统已在刘庄煤矿东三块段投入运行,取得了良好的效果,解决了东三块段矸石运输难题,保证了生产正常接续。

Abstract:According to the present problems existed in a long distance transportation of coal refuse in the large mine,the paper provided a design idea of the coal refuse time-sharing transportation.A feasibility analysis was conducted on the system capacity,transportation mode,management difficulties and other aspects.According to the geological conditions of the East No.3 Block in Liuzhuang Mine and the previous system conditions of the mine,from the mine roadway layout,equipment selection and other aspects,a design was conducted on the coal refuse time-sharing transportation system and an economic benefit analysis was conducted.The transportation system was put in the operation in the East No.3 Block of Liuzhuang Mine.An excellent effect was obtained,the coal refuse transportation difficulties in the East No.3 Block were solved and the normal connection of the production was ensured.
