新型高精度光纤油罐计量系统及其应用

摘    要:研制成功一种新型高精度光纤油能计量系统,实现了现场无电全光一次检测。系统采用一种新型光桥补偿技术,从而克服各种不利因素的影响,保证系统具有较高的测量精度。根据现场需要,确定系统的测量范围为0~147.10kPa,测量精度为0.2%。详细分析了系统误差并提出了减小误差的相应措施。

Abstract:A novel type fiber optic measuring system of high accuracy was successfully manufactured and the in situ one-time measurement was realized with an electrionics-free sensor head. A new balanced bridge referencing compensation technique was introduced so that the sensor was immune to various adverse effects and had higher measurement accuracy. According to practical needs, the measurement ranse of pressure from 0 up to 147.10 kpa was determined. The measurement accuracy is 0. 2%. Error was analyzed in detail and correspondins methods to reduce the measurement error were given.
