He-Ne激光照射对胃癌SGC7901细胞生长的影响研究

摘    要:目的:探讨He—Ne激光照射对胃癌SGC7901细胞生长的影响。方法:将肿瘤细胞用含10%牛血清RPMI1640培养液培养,并用波长为632.8nm和功率密度为78mw/cm^2的He-Ne激光分别以23J/cm^2,46J/cm^2,72J/cm^2,140J/cm^2,280J/cm^2能量密度照射肿瘤细胞1次或3次,然后用激光共聚焦显微镜检测细胞形态等和四氮唑盐法(MTT)进行活细胞记数。结果:激光照射对肿瘤细胞的形态没有明显影响。这当照射1次时,各种能量密度的激光照射都促进肿瘤细胞的生长。当照射3次时。能量密度小于72J/cm^2时激光照射促进肿瘤细胞的生长,而当能量密度大干72J/cm^2时,反而抑制肿瘤细胞的生长。不管照射1次还是3次23J/cm^2能量密度的激光照射对肿瘤细胞生长的促进作用最明显。结论:He—Ne激光照射对肿瘤细胞生长起促进作用还是抑制作用与激光的累积照射剂量有关。

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the impacts of He-Ne laser irradiation on the growth of cultured gastric cancer SGC7901 cells.Methods: The gastric cancer cells were cultured in RPMI 1640 medium containing 10% new-born bovine serum and irradiated with He-Ne laser,the wavelength and the power density of which are 632.8 nm and 78 mW/cm~2,at various energy densities such as 23 J/cm~2,46 J/cm~2,72 J/cm~2,140 J/cm~2 and 280 J/cm~2,respectively.After irradiation with He-Ne laser of each does separately once or for 3 times,the cells were detected morphologically under the laser confocal microscope and counted with the MTT assay.Result: Laser irradiation shows no effects on the morphology of tumor cells. The growth of tumor cells is enhanced by the laser irradiation when they are irradiated only once.When they are irradiated for three times,the growth of tumor cells is enhanced by the laser irradiation of energy density less than 72 J/cm~2 but inhibited by the laser irradiation of energy density more than 72 J/cm~2.Among those doses,the laser irradiation with the doses 23 J/cm~2 has the strongest ability to enhance the growth of tumor cells.Conclusion: The laser irradiation may enhance or inhibit the growth of tumor cells,which depends on the total doses of the laser irradiation.
