湍球塔双碱法烟气脱硫冷态试验研究

摘    要:在自行设计的湍球塔上应用双碱法进行了冷态烟气脱硫试验。重点研究:(1)不同工况下塔内流速分布、持液量及湍球层压降的变化;(2)液气比、吸收液pH值、湍球塔进口SO2浓度与脱硫率之间的关系。所得结果可供工业试验参考。

Abstract:Coldstate flue gas desulfuration experiment has been carried out by using dualalkaline method on a selfdesigned turbulent ball tower. The main points being studied are as follows; (1) variation of gas flow distribution, liquidholding amount, and pressure drop in turbulent ball layer under different operating conditions; (2) the relationship of liquidgas ratio, pH value of absorbent solution, SO 2 concentration at inlet of turbulent ball tower with desulfuration efficiency. The results obtained can be used for reference in industrial test.
