丙烯生产技术的研究进展

摘    要:综述了丙烯的主要生产技术及其进展,详细介绍了烯烃的蒸汽裂解、催化裂化优化增产丙烯、丙烷脱氢和甲醇转化成烯烃等制取丙烯技术。丙烯生产工艺的发展方向是提高裂解的选择性,进一步提高催化裂化的裂解深度并加大重质原料的加工力度,以及寻找生产丙烯的新原料。

Abstract:The main technologies and the development of propylene production are reviewed.The production technologies of propylene such as steam cracking of olefins,FCC to maximizing propylene,propane dehydrogenation,transferring methanol into olefin and so on are introduced in details.The advancing trends of technologies of propylene production are enhancing propylene selectivity in steam cracking,enhancing the depth of FCC process using heavy feed stock and finding new sources for producing propylene.
