摘    要:在常温常压下,利用硅酸钠、AlCl<,3>及ZnCl<,2>制备出一种新型的无机高分子复配絮凝剂--聚硅酸氯化铝锌(PAZSC),并对含油废水进行了絮凝实验,确定出水处理中最佳絮凝条件:最佳投药量为35mL,最适宜的pH值范围为7~8,Zn/Al/Si的最佳摩尔比为1:1:2.此时的浊度去除率98.9%,色度去除率91...

Abstract:A novel inorganic polymer composite flocculant——PAZSC(poly-aluminum zinc silicate chloride) is synthesized by sodium silicate,aluminum chloride and zinc chloride under normal temperature and pressure.Then the oily waste water is tested.The best flocculation condition is determined that the optimal dosage is 35mL,the most suitable range of pH is 7~8,and the best mole ratio of zinc,aluminum and silicon is 1:1:2.At this time the removal rates of turbidity is 98.9%,the removal rates of chromaticity is 91.3%,and the removal rates of COD is 71.8%.The check experiment of PASC is done,and the results indicate that the properties of PAZSC are superior to that of PASC.
