美国基西米河生态恢复工程的启示

摘    要:文章介绍了美国迄今为止规模最大的河流恢复工程——基西米河生态恢复工程的概况,该工程是按照生态系统整体恢复理念设计的工程.文中分析了进行河流恢复的目的以及工程设计原则.基西米河生态恢复工程的经验告诉我们,按照传统的水利工程设计方法造成河流渠道化,会对河流生态系统带来诸多负面影响;为减轻对于河流生态系统的压力采取的河流恢复工程措施,又会付出很高的代价.我国的水利工程建设应避免重走西方国家的弯路,改进水利工程规划设计方法,实现人与自然的和谐。

Abstract:The paper presents the general description of an existing largest river-ecological restoration project of America, the Kissimmee River ecology-restoring project. This project was designed on the basis of the idea of integral ecological system restoration. The goals and the principles of conception for a river ecology restoration project are analyzed. The project used as the study case demonstrates that the traditional design method for a water resources project causes the channelization of a river and this leads to numerous adverse effects on the ecological system of a river. The cost for remedial measures is likely to be very high. The water resources development of our country must avoid as much as possible such detours of Western countries by improving planning and designing methods of water resources projects to achieve the goal of realizing the harmony between the human and nature.
