| Abstract: | This paper puts forward a new method to measure the omni-directional radar cross section（RCS） performance of target——straight-running measurement method,which can measure the RCS directivity of the target without power（such as the towed target） and the random motive non-cooperative target that are inadvisable to be measured or can t be measured by the traditional cycle-running method. |
