摘    要:提出了目标全向雷达截面(RCS)特性测量的新方法——直航测量法,以测量不宜或不能用传统的转圈法进行测量的无动力目标(如拖靶等)和随机运动的非合作目标的RCS方向特性。

Abstract:This paper puts forward a new method to measure the omni-directional radar cross section(RCS) performance of target——straight-running measurement method,which can measure the RCS directivity of the target without power(such as the towed target) and the random motive non-cooperative target that are inadvisable to be measured or can t be measured by the traditional cycle-running method.
