超大粒径暂堵剂注入装置研究

摘    要:现场进行暂堵压裂时,由于暂堵剂注入装置过流性能较差,泵注超大粒径不规则颗粒暂堵剂时易导致空泵和低压管线憋爆,不仅增加了更换设备的成本,而且影响压裂施工效果。为了提高暂堵转向压裂的施工成功率,在分析了暂堵剂注入装置失效原因的基础上,开展了超大粒径暂堵剂注入装置的研制。设计了最高工作压力为70 MPa的笼式阀,并利用有限元软件进行密封面强度校核,对液力端的组合阀箱进行改进,减缓压力对阀箱的冲击,避免空泵现象。通过室内强度性能、过流性能及地面模拟试验,验证了该装置的可靠性。现场应用结果表明,采用超大粒径暂堵剂注入装置在施工过程中未出现脱砂、砂堵、设备井筒堵塞等情况,增产效果显著,有效解决了注入装置泵注超大粒径暂堵剂时易卡垫的问题。

Abstract:In the field of temporary plugging fracturing, due to the poor flow performance of the temporary blocking agent injection device, it is easy to lead to the explosion of the low-pressure pipeline when pumping the temporary blocking agent of irregular particles with large particle size, which not only increases the cost of replacing the equipment, but also affects the fracturing performance. To improve the construction success rate of temporary blocking steering fracturing, the failure reasons of the temporary blocking agent injection device were analyzed, and the temporary blocking agent injection device with extra-large particles was developed. A cage valve with maximum working pressure of 70 MPa was designed and finite element software was used to check the strength of sealing surface. The combination valve box of hydraulic end was improved to alleviate the impact of pressure on the valve box and avoid the phenomenon of empty pump. The reliability of the device was verified by indoor strength performance, overflow performance and ground simulation test. The field application results show that the temporary blocking agent injection device with extra-large particles has no sand-removing, sand-plugging and equipment wellbore plugging during the construction process with remarkable stimulation effect. It effectively solved the problem of easy pad sticking during the pumping operation of the temporary blocking agent with extra-large particles into the injection device.
