摘    要:为了研究内弹道时期枪管的动态响应规律,基于3D-DIC数据采集系统得到了内弹道时期枪管的动态响应,建立了随动边界条件下枪管热弹耦合模型和枪管振动有限元模型,并将有限元模型计算结果与协同仿真模型结合,采用随机理论模拟100 m立靶的弹丸落点。有限元结果得到了试验的验证。研究表明:随动边界会导致枪管的应力响应沿着轴线方向存在极大的不均匀性,并且热载荷的作用会提高枪管内壁的应力响应峰值,内弹道时期枪口振动响应大致可以分为下垂—回弹—下垂3个部分,利用简化后协同仿真模型能较好地预测小口径武器单发射弹散布。

Abstract:In order to study the dynamic response law of gun barrel in interior ballistic period,the dynamic response of gun barrel was obtained based on 3D-DIC data acquisition system. The thermo-elastic coupling model of barrel and the finite element model of barrel vibration under the following boundary conditions were established. Combining the calculation results of finite element model with collaborative simulation model,the impact points of 100 m vertical target were simulated by random theory. The finite element results were verified by experiments. The results show that the following boundary can lead to great non-uniformity of the stress response of the barrel along the axis direction,and the thermal load can increase the peak stress response of the inner wall of barrel. The muzzle vibration response in the interior ballistic period can be roughly divided into three parts(i.e.,droop-rebound-droop),which can be better combined with the simplified collaborative simulation model to predict the single projectile dispersion of small caliber weapons.
