钴酸镍空心球的合成及其抗坏血酸电化学敏感性能

摘    要:本文以氧化亚铜小球为模板,采用简单温和的化学方法成功刻蚀制备出了钴酸镍空心球。通过多种表征手段对样品的形貌及组成进行了表征,结果表明,钴酸镍为空心结构并保持了氧化亚铜的形貌,粒径约为350nm,具有多晶的特征。将该材料修饰的电极应用到抗坏血酸电化学传感器中,测试结果表明,其对抗坏血酸的检测极限为3×10-7 M(S/N=3),线性相关系数为0.9993,线性检测范围为0.1~3mM,灵敏度高达1148.7μA·mM-1·cm-2,并具有良好的选择性。

Abstract:NiCo2O4 hollow spheres were prepared via a facile and mild chemical etching process with Cu2O spheres as hard template . Experimental characterization certified that the obtained NiCo2O4 hollow spheres had the morphology of Cu2O and were highly homogeneous dispersed with polycrystalline structure . The NiCo2O4 modified glassy carbon electrode (GCE) was used for selective detection of ascorbic acid .The results showed that it performed a detection limit of 3×10-7M (S/N=3) ,a wide linear ranged up to 0.1mM~3mM ,a high sensitivity of 1148.7μA·mM -1·cm -2and a good selectivity .
