航空发动机叶片叶尖涂层的研究进展

摘    要:对航空发动机叶片叶尖的失效形式进行了分析,总结了叶尖涂层的性能要求。简要介绍了几种不同类型的高温防护涂层并分析了其性能,对这些涂层应用于叶片叶尖的可行性进行了探讨。重点介绍了国内外不同设计理念的叶尖涂层,分析了各涂层的特点和存在的不足。综述了国内外关于叶片叶尖涂层的研究应用情况,指出了目前叶尖涂层的成分和结构优化、叶尖涂层制备工艺开发及叶尖涂层失效及修理等所存在的问题和未来的发展趋势。

Abstract:In this paper,the failure mode of blade tip was analyzed and the property requirement of tip coating was summarized.Several different kinds of high temperature protective coatings were introduced,and according to the property requirement of the blade tip coatings,the feasibility of these blade tip coatings was discussed as well.Furthermore,different design concepts of blade tip coatings were highlighted and the related characteristics and drawbacks were described.Finally,the recent progress in the application of blade tip coatings was reviewed and the existing problems and the development prospects of blade tip coatings were also discussed,including the composition and structure optimization of blade tip coating,the preparation technology and the failure and repair research.
