作坊生产模式下冲裁模缺陷改进和精度分析

由于受到成本、设备、环境等因素制约,在作坊式的小型冲裁车间,冲裁模具设计要求也会大大降低标准,模具生产也会存在较多缺陷和不足。本文对生产中的冲裁模具设计结构问题进行了分析,提出了模具改进的若干方案,保证了加工的效益和零件的精度。

Analysis and improvement of shortage and precision of punching in workshop

Because of the restrictions factor such as cost,equipment and environment,the design quality standard of punching mould may be reduced greatly especially in small-sized workshop.The mould production must have more defect.The structural design problem is analysed for punch mould in production,some improvement schemes are put forward and improved for the precision of the parts of punch mould and will have the benifit for manufacture processing.
