合成纤维素高级脂肪酸酯的研究进展

摘    要:纤维素高级脂肪酸酯作为一类新型的生物塑料,与传统材料相比,优点突出,具有广阔的应用前景,文中综述了纤维素酯化前提高纤维素可及度和反应性能的各种物理和化学的预处理技术及其发展,阐述了国外合成纤维素高级脂肪酸脂的研究进展。

Abstract:Cellulose material is abundant in resources and has good reactivity, excellent biodegradable property and non toxicity. So its derivation and application attract more and more researchers. As an important component of cellulose derivatives, cellulose fatty acid ester, called a novel bio plastics, shows excellent properties compared with traditional materials, such as low temperature to be processed, great intensity, resolvable performance and capability to be molded, and the future of its application is most wide. Various pretreatment methods, classified into physical and chemical methods, to increase the reactivity of cellulose with fatty acid before esterification are reviewed. Developments of research of cellulose esterification with fatty acid from various routes at abroad are also summerized.
