| 摘 要： | 本较系统介绍贯流式水轮发电机的装焊工艺，对其主要焊接部件作了工艺分析，毁要保证产品质量，也要考虑经济效益。通过续流式水轮发电机的制造，总结了贯流式发电机主要件焊接的新工艺，促进了工艺技术的进步和装焊过程的质量控制。同时，为今后我公司制造大型贯流式发电机积累了丰富的经验。

| Abstract: | This paper introduce the fabrication procedure of the first set bulb generator made by our company. Analyze the major welding components, and guarantee both product quality and economic profits. By the product of bulb generator, we sum up new technology and manufacture level, promoting the progress of technology and quality control of fabrication process. Furthermore, provide abundant experience for manufacturing other big bulb generator by our company. |
