摘    要:
为了保证主机振动监测保护装置的可靠性,解决大同发电公司600 MW汽轮机机组1#、2#、3#瓦振动测量数据变化范围较大,测点经常遭到损坏等问题,通过调取工况监测的历史记录结合生产现场长期的跟踪观察,分析了机组振动监测保护系统在实际运行中出现的问题及其产生原因,提出了采取转移测点安装位置、修改振动跳机逻辑等措施,成功地解决了该系统存在的测量回路不可靠、装置容易误动的问题。为解决同类型的问题提供了一种思路。

Abstract:
To ensure the reliability of the vibraion monitor and protection apparatus of the turbine and to solve the problems,such as bigger range of monitoring date for the axle bushes(No 1.2,3)of 600MW turbine in Datong Power Generation Co.Ltd,and the frequent breakdowns of measuring points,the paper,by checking historical operating mode data and in combination with longterm site observations,analyses the accidents of the system in operation and their causes and suggests some methods——shifting the position of measuring point,modifying the vibration shutdown logic,and so on,has successfully solved the problem of unreliability of measuring circuit and easy misoperation of the device,which provides an idea for the same kind of problem.
