SEBS脱镍的反应级数研究

摘    要:采用柠檬酸法进行SEBS脱催化剂实验研究,分别考察了间歇与连续操作所得镍的脱除效果.Aspen软件中的Dynamic模块对—级和二级反应进行动态模拟,考察了连续操作与间歇操作所需反应时间的比值随转化率的变化规律.利用模拟所得动力学规律对实验结果进行分析,得到镍的脱除反应级数接近一级.

Abstract:The experiments of nickel’s removal from SEBS were conducted with a citric acid method for investigating the removal effect of batch and continuous performance respectively.The dynamic simulations about first-order and second-order reactions were done with Dynamic module of Aspen software;the work mainly focused on investigating the change of ratio with the conversion rate,and the ratio was between continuous reaction time and batch reaction time at the same conversion rate.With the simulation results of kinetics,it could be inferred that removing nickel from SEBS was almost a first-order reaction.
