| 摘 要： | 为对汽车燃油泵输油性能进行准确和有效的检测，以虚拟仪器技术、电子技术和控制技术为基础，以LabVIEW为软件开发平台，结合相关功能硬件研制出了汽车燃油泵真空度法测试系统。系统根据发动机转速调整燃油泵工作电压，通过测得的负压值判断燃油泵输油性能，以数字和虚拟仪表图形两种数据形式动态显示被测参数值变化。试验结果证明，系统具有采集数据实时性好、更新维护方便和自动化测试程度高的优点，可以作为汽车燃油泵性能检测的一种新思路。
