| 摘 要： | 供电企业在社会经济发展中扮演着关键性的角色,其中电力营销关系到千家万户,营销管理模式需要顺应时代潮流。"一分双无"管理模式不仅提升了供电企业的工作效率,而且转变了用户电费的催缴方式。介绍"一分双无"管理模式的内容和工作成效,并以鞍山供电公司为例分析"一分双无"管理模式对电费催缴方式的影响及其成效。
