摘    要:
职工工作绩效考核关系职工的切身利益,客观、公正地对职工的工作绩效进行考核,能有效地调动职工的工作积极性,发挥职工的创造潜能,真正做到人职匹配,持续提高职工的绩效水平是目前人力资源开发与管理的核心。

Abstract:
The working performance evaluation of employees is closely related to their benefits.Thus,the evaluation should be objectively and equally made to efficiently initiate employees' enthusiasm and tap their innovation potential.Constantly improving performance level is the core of the current human resource development and management.
