摘    要:在乙醇-水溶液中对灯盏花乙素进行酸水解制备野黄芩素,用正交试验对水解工艺进行优化.得到最佳水解条件:温度80%,硫酸浓度20%(质量分数),乙醇浓度80%(体积分数),固液比1:2(质量-体积比,mg/mL),反应时间3.5h,该条件下的平均收率为90.7%.利用紫外光谱和核磁共振氢谱对其结构进行了表征.

Abstract:Scutellarein is prepared by acidic hydrolysis of scutellarin, and the reaction conditions are optimized through orthogonal experiments. The optimal conditions for scutellarein hydrolysis are as follows: the temperature being 80℃, the concentration of aqueous sulfuric acid being 20% (Mass fraction), the concentration of aqueous ethanol being 20% (Volume fraction), the ratio of solid material weight to solvent volume was 1:2 (Solid -liq- uid ratio,mg/mL) and the reaction time being 3.5 hours. The mean yield of scutellarein is 90.08% under the optimal reaction conditions. The title compound is characterized by UV and 1H- NMR spectroscopic analyses.
